Support your School, Junior Rugby League Club, Surf Club...
Help rasie much need funds for your School, Junior Rugby League Club, Surf Club... by just purchasing a Season Ticket or Football Club Membership in 2007. Your School, Junior Rugby League Club, Surf Club will receive cash rewards for every new season ticket or membership that is purchased through this program.
It is as easy as that!
Introduction In 2007 the Manly Sea Eagles would like to introduce the In Touch Program which is an exciting community initiative developed to help organisations such as schools, junior rugby league clubs and surf clubs with an innovative way to raise funds while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
All of the above organisations are finding it increasingly difficult to raise money to cover financial shortfalls in their budgets. We believe that through the In Touch Program we can provide an innovative fund raising opportunity that can help you reach your goals whilst promoting health and fitness.
Over the next 3 years the program is looking to inject over $100,000 back into the community through its Ticketing and Membership Programs. This equates to 600 new season ticket and football club membership packages each year which is an achievable target.
About the Program The In Touch Program is an innovative opportunity dedicated to supporting Schools, Junior Rugby League Clubs and Surf Clubs in their efforts to raise financial support for new projects.
The program has been developed to ensure that all participants can generate much needed funds through an incentive based rebate scheme through the sale of New Season Tickets and Memberships. It will also extend to the sale of game day tickets with great rewards.
Rebate Scheme The rewards scheme has been developed providing a tiered system that covers all Season Tickets, Membership Packages and Game Day Tickets in 2007.

In Touch Program Term & Conditions
Registration Individual organisations can register to be part of the In Touch Program via the internet www.manlyseaeagles.com.au and follow the links or call Membership Services on (02) 9970 3000.
The program will conclude for 2007 at 5:00pm Friday 24th August 2007.
Distribution of Package Information A copy of the 2007 Season Ticket and Membership Brochure, Super 6 & Fantastic 4 Brochure and Game Day Ticket Order Form has been included outlining the packages that are available in 2007.
Submission of Forms Individuals can submit their booking using the following methods: 1. Online - Submit their purchase using the online booking form (www.mwse.com.au or www.seaeaglekids.com) 2. Post completed forms to PO Box 607, Brookvale 2100 3. Fax completed forms to (02) 9972 4022 4. In Person Academy of Sport, Wakehurst Parkway, Narrabeen
It is important that for all bookings to be valid they need to include the name of the organisation on the booking form. (The online booking form has a section allocated for this information)
The payment methods accepted are credit card (visa or mastercard), cheques made out to the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles Ltd or cash payments can be lodged at the Sea Eagles Head Office at the Academy of Sport, Wakehurst Parkway, Narrabeen.
Please Note: All bookings processed through this program will be distributed to the individuals purchasing packages or game day tickets.
Top Selling Organisation Prize An additional incentive will also be offered to the organisation that generates the most individual new packages and game day ticket order during the program. This prize can be used to raise additional funds that will enhance the reward received.
The closing date to be eligible to win the exciting prize will be 5:00pm Friday 27th August 2007.
This prize is yet to be finalised, the full details of the prize will be displayed on the website in the coming weeks once it has been registered.
Example: Package details - (1 Season Ticket = 1 Package, 1 Season Ticket & Football Club Membership = 1 Package or 1 Football Club Membership = 1 Package)
Administration of Bookings Received All bookings received through this promotion will be displayed on a thermometer located on the Sea Eagles websites www.mwse.com.au and www.seaeaglekids.com. Information will be updated on a weekly basis to highlight how the program is tracking along with the amount of money that will be distributed back to the community.
This will also include the top 10 organisations that have had generated the most individual bookings so they can track how they are progressing towards being number 1, and winning the major prize.
Rebate Announcement At the conclusion of this promotion on Friday 27th August 2007 the total bookings will be collated and checked with the final announcement regarding the amount of money that will be rebated back to the participating organisations for 2007.
Each organisation will receive written confirmation of how much money they have generated and when it will be distributed. Rebates will then be paid to each organisation via cheque to be distributed on Monday 1st October 2007.
The overall dollar amount raised will then be displayed on the website that will include the top 10 organisations announcing the winner of the major prize. This announcement will also be made in the Manly Daily and various other media outlets.
